I became President of my Association in January 2013. I have been working with Harvey and Phyllis for almost two years now.
Last year our Association was putting in a new road as we are a private road and it is the responsibility of our association not the Borough. I worked with Harvey and he had a very in-depth knowledge of what challenges we faced with the road and he worked closely with the company who was installing the new road.
I had many questions during the process and Harvey (and Phyllis) were never too busy to answer my questions and came to our development to meet with the contractor when necessary. In addition, during the installation of the road, they visited the site multiple times to make sure the work was being completed as agreed upon. I was always part of any meetings that took place and no one was ever too busy to answer my questions. The road came out great and we continue to work with the vendor on sealing the roadway to make sure it is properly taken care of.
Additionally, Phyllis and Jeralyn attend the board meetings to meet with the Board on a regular basis. We are updated on bills, vendors, projects on the horizon and items to be followed up on. Phyllis is very knowledgeable on all matters we need to discuss and we are now working on a new capital project to be undertaken in the next couple of years. She is assisting us with the research we need and is also never too busy to answer our questions.
All questions are usually answered within 24 to 48 hours – always on a timely basis. Jeralyn follows up with us after meetings and obtains estimates from vendors as requested on a timely basis. We find them extremely easy to work with and they are always well prepared for meetings.
Our experience has been above satisfactory – I would recommend them specifically as they are very easy to work with. I have also worked with Maureen in the office who is professional and responsive to any inquiries I have had in the past.
